Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose and nature of the service)
UNIVERTRIX (univertrix.com, the "Site") is an information service that records and provides market-cap rankings of listed companies worldwide and related information. All content on the Site is for information only and does not constitute investment advice, brokerage, discretionary management or solicitation.
Article 2 (Accounts)
Login for the community is done through Google account authentication. Users must act only through their own account; account theft or transfer is prohibited.
Article 3 (Rights to content)
Rights to posts, comments and images that users publish in the community belong to their authors. Authors, however, permit the Site to post and display that content on the Site. Users may delete their own posts at any time.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
Conduct prohibited by the Community Policy (below), conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the service (automated flooding, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.) and violations of applicable law are prohibited.
Article 5 (Changes to and suspension of the service)
The Site is provided free of charge, and features may be changed or suspended as operations require. We strive for data integrity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Article 6 (Limitation of liability)
The Site is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the information it provides. Details are set out in the Investment Notice & Disclaimer.
Article 7 (Governing law)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- When you log in to the community: your Google account name, email address, profile photo and unique identifier (UID) — collected during Google authentication.
- Content you create: posts, comments, tags, attached images, nickname and reaction (gravity) records.
- Visitor counts: a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser and the time of access — not linked to your name, email or similar.
2. Purposes of use
Providing community features (login, displaying posts, managing your own posts), showing live visitor counts, maintaining service quality and preventing misuse.
3. Retention and deletion
Posts are kept until the author deletes them or they are removed for violating the policy. To have your account information and all your posts deleted, please contact us through the channels below. We will process requests without delay.
4. Processors and international transfers
Data storage and authentication are handled by Google Firebase (Google LLC) and site hosting by Cloudflare, Inc.; in the process, data may be stored on servers outside Korea. Each company protects information under its own security standards.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We keep your display theme setting and an anonymous visitor identifier in browser storage (localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You can view and delete your own posts directly on the Site, and you can request deletion or correction of account information through our contact channels.

Community Policy
Prohibited transmissions
- Illegal information, obscene material, violent, hateful or discriminatory expression
- Disparaging others, defamation, exposing personal information (your own or others')
- Flooding and spam, commercial advertising, promoting outside paid services
- Luring people into paid stock-tip rooms, stirring up trading in particular stocks, spreading unverified information as fact
- Account theft, impersonating administrators or bots
Actions
Violating posts may be removed without prior notice, and repeated or serious violations may lead to account restrictions.

- This Site aims to provide market-cap information on listed companies worldwide.
- It is not a solicitation to buy or sell any security, nor investment advice, brokerage or intermediation.
- The data shown is cited from external sources (companiesmarketcap.com, SEC EDGAR, etc.); its accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed.
- Exchange rates and market capitalizations may change over time.
- Community posts are the personal opinions of their authors, not the Site's position.
- All investment decisions, and any resulting gains or losses, rest solely with the investor.
